Everything Under the Sun: Set Menu Pop-Up at Barlic's

Barlic's last pop-up of the month ushers in citrus season, with root vegetables in full swing on the Everything Under the Sun set menu. Expect beetroot fritti with sour cream and dill, tuna tartare with guava or seared kohlrabi carpaccio, orzo with preserved lemon and Délice de Bourgogne, then dry-aged chicken wings or roast pumpkin, both with pomelo. Pudding is the kitchen's take on a chocolate marquise with white chocolate and genmai miso cremeux. Dishes may change with what the season brings. The set menu is €45, or €40 for the vegetarian version, and any allergies should be flagged before booking.
