Exhibit-A: Contemporary Dance Performance in Paphos

About the event

Exhibit-A places its audience right up close to an experiment in progress, one that searches for how a society shapes its idea of the ideal human being. Through movement, original music, narration and projection, it turns the gaze inward, towards beliefs we carry without remembering when they became ours and expectations so deeply installed that we end up calling them choices. At its heart lies the question of how much of who we are was truly chosen, and how far that sits from the self we never got to meet. Choreographer and artistic director Chloe Bellou dances with Kostas Charalampous, to music by Yiannis Sofokli. The piece lasts 45 minutes, seating is limited, and there are two performances, at 17:30 and 20:30. Tickets are €15, or €12 for ages 12 to 18.
