Pack Light for the New Year: an Experiential Workshop at Yfantourgeio

A morning workshop for grown-ups who sense that something is shifting and would rather travel into 2027 a little lighter. The idea is to pause and unpack the year much as one might clear out a wardrobe, weighing up which habits, beliefs and comfortable roles have quietly outstayed their welcome. What earns its place in the suitcase are the lessons, strengths and courage the year has left behind. It is a warm, hands-on session about reflecting, reconnecting with oneself and making room for whatever comes next. It runs from 9am to 12.30pm; booking is open and places are limited.
