Self-Care and Mental Resilience: PASYKAF Afternoon in Limassol

PASYKAF, the Pancyprian Association of Cancer Patients and Friends, invites everyone to an afternoon of self-care, a welcome pause from the everyday. Theofano Sergiou, a counselling psychologist with the association, gives a talk on mental resilience and looking after yourself, followed by a game of tombola. Entry is by a €15 donation, which includes a drink, savoury bites and sweets, with proceeds supporting PASYKAF's services. It starts at 16:30.
