Sessions: Art Performance by Fibre Performing Arts in Nicosia

About the event

Sessions, from Fibre Performing Arts, is a 35-minute piece weaving movement and spoken word into three open-ended stories about identity, obsession and the fractured self. Poised between control and collapse, the self splinters into shifting versions, light and dark colliding in the same face, until all that is left is a body laid bare, without story or voice. It is performed and written by Athena Tsangaridou and Stavri Kalopetridou, with choreography and artistic direction by Kalopetridou and music by Elena Flouri. There are two showings, at 18:00 and 20:00, both starting promptly, and parking is limited, so arriving early is wise. Tickets are €15.
