Sonic Punishment at Technopolis 20

About the event

Sonic Punishment is a new Netherlands-based trio led by drummer and composer Adonis David Christou, whose original pieces sit where folk, jazz and rock meet. Complex rhythms, odd time signatures and polyrhythmic grooves give his writing a sound all its own. He is joined by Cathal Cradden on keys and Eljo Hendrosuseno on electric bass, and the trio leaves plenty of room for improvisation and lively interplay. The set runs from 20:00 to 21:20, with tickets at €15, or €10 for students under 18.
