About the event

Surrender to Change is a three-day autumn retreat given over to mindfulness, self-nourishment and inner exploration, taking its cue from the season itself. Through yoga, embodiment, meditation, reflection and journaling, group sharing and time in nature, it makes room to slow down, feel, witness and simply be. The idea is to soften into the present moment, honour what is shifting within and welcome change as part of life.
