Traditional Christmas Market at Forest Beach, Pyla

Running since 2012, this traditional Christmas market gathers more than a hundred stalls of handmade decorations, artisan gifts, home baking and seasonal sweets. Carols play all evening, and grown-ups can warm up with mulled wine or Glühwein while browsing under the twinkling lights. For children the highlight is Santa's Grotto beside the main stage, where they can meet Father Christmas, share their wishes and pose for a photo. The market opens from 5pm to 10pm on Friday and from 3pm to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday. Entry is €2.50 for those aged 12 and over, under-12s go free with an adult, and a visit to Santa costs €5 per person. Tickets are on sale now.
