About this organisation
Ta Tosodoulika is a private nursery and kindergarten on Tilou Street in Paphos, taking little ones from four months, with pre-school classes approved by the Ministry of Education. Everything happens in Greek, and the year is built around themed projects: the children have followed wheat all the way to the loaf and kneaded rolls of their own, learnt about bees with the Melissochora bee farm, painted almond blossom after Van Gogh and turned the classroom into a little museum of old Cyprus. There is plenty of hands-on play, too – sensory sessions and, in summer, messy play with water, sand and ice. Visitors bring the real world in: on World Animal Day a vet came along with her dog.
