About the event
Marina Vronti's monologue follows one woman through the ages of her life: the girl learning to see herself through other people's eyes, the young woman falling in love, the mother watching her body change. Humour, anger and tenderness sit side by side, and laughter becomes the way in to truths that are rarely spoken aloud. At its heart lies the idea that motherhood does not erase the woman who came before, just as a body never stops telling its own story. Marilia Haridimou performs under the direction of Stavros Potamaris. Curtain up is at 8pm, the piece runs for about an hour with no interval, and tickets are on sale from €12.
