Maria Papageorgiou: 4 in Groop

About the event

Singer, songwriter and author Maria Papageorgiou plays the Rialto Theatre for the first time with her new show, 4 in Groop. The evening threads together defining moments of her career and her latest work: songs from her own records, poetry by Thanos Mikroutsikos set to music, songs from Mikis Theodorakis's Allilografia, lines from her books, songs by favourite songwriters and tracks from her new album. She shares the stage with three musicians, Thanos Michailidis on percussion, Giorgos Theodorakopoulos on keys and bass, and Evripidis Zemenidis on guitars and arrangements. The show runs for 120 minutes. Tickets from €18, or €22 standard.
