MEDPOWER 2026: 15th International Mediterranean Conference on Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Energy Conversion

About the event

MEDPOWER 2026 is the 15th Mediterranean Conference on Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Energy Conversion. It is organised by Frederick University and the local network of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, under the auspices of Cyprus's Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry. More than a hundred research papers from 21 countries are expected, along with three keynote speeches and three special themed sessions. Talks range across renewable and alternative energy, energy storage, the reliability and resilience of power systems, distributed generation and microgrids, and the use of artificial intelligence in the energy sector. Held every two years around the Mediterranean, the series has brought engineers, researchers and industry together for three decades.
