Piano Recital: Pavle Krstic

About the event

The Pharos Arts Foundation, continuing its long partnership with London's Keyboard Charitable Trust, brings the young pianist Pavle Krstic to Cyprus for his debut here. He has collected more than 40 prizes at international competitions, among them the Horowitz Piano Competition in Kyiv and the Pietro Argento competition in Italy, and has played at festivals in Ljubljana, Ferrara and Buenos Aires. The first half pairs Chopin's late Barcarolle with the complete set of Rachmaninov's Moments Musicaux. After the interval come Ginastera's Danzas Argentinas and a piece by Séverac, before the evening closes with Guido Agosti's transcription of three movements from Stravinsky's Firebird. The recital starts at 8.30pm, and tickets are on sale through SoldOut.
