Unlocking Social Finance Opportunities in Cyprus

About the event

The European Microfinance Network and the Center for Social Innovation, backed by the European Investment Bank and the European Commission, host a morning on how social finance and social innovation could reshape the Cypriot economy. It is aimed at entrepreneurs, finance professionals, policymakers and anyone curious about the subject. Specialists will walk through local and European funding mechanisms, their pitfalls and their promise, and a fireside chat will look at how artificial intelligence is transforming financial services. There is also a hands-on workshop on social entrepreneurs and the routes into EU funding, with networking breaks in between. The event runs from 9am to 1.30pm, admission is free but places are limited and registration is required.
