Vagabonding Cyprus: The Island Quest — Chapter II Into the Wild

About the event

The second chapter of the Vagabonding Cyprus: The Island Quest series heads deep into the Machairas Forest on a 14 km trail to two forgotten places, the abandoned settlement of Chelidonia and the old monastery of Prophet Elias. The route is rated challenging, and the day ends with a barbecue and time to get to know fellow walkers. The full quest has eight trails covering around 100 km of the island, with stamps and achievements earned along the way. Newcomers can join at any chapter, so missing the first is no obstacle. There are only 30 places, registration is required through the organisers' Instagram, and tickets start at €15.
