Black Friday… with a Christmas Twist

The planetarium ushers in the festive season with a Black Friday weekend that has a Christmas twist, offering family activities, seasonal treats and a generous Day Pass deal. There are Arts & Crafts sessions, face painting, the Glow Lab and the Science Lab, with mascots popping up throughout the day. On Saturday from 5pm the outdoor area serves free hot chocolate and free mulled wine for grown-ups, along with doughnuts, soup and hot dogs, a clown or balloon entertainment and the Christmas tree lighting at 6pm. Sunday's outdoor area opens at 3pm with doughnuts, soup and hot dogs. A Day Pass is valid all day and costs €19 for adults, €16 for children or €54 for a family of two adults and two children, and every Day Pass bought comes with another for a future visit. Doors are open from 10am to 8pm on Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday.
